Road Safety World Series schedule revealed, India Legends to take on South Africa Legends in tournament opener

The schedule for the Road Safety World Series cricket tournament was announced on Monday.

The Road Safety World Series has revealed its second season. Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, and many other Indian cricketing greats will be competing this season. Four cities—Kanpur, Indore, Dehradun, and Raipur—will host the competition. The second season will begin in September, while the final leg of the competition will commence in October.

India Legends and South African Legends square battle in the tournament’s opening match on September 10 in Kanpur.

There will be competition between the teams from India, New Zealand, Australia, Sri Lanka, the West Indies, South Africa, Bangladesh, and England. There will be a third-place playoff in addition to the top match, the two Semifinals, and the contest.

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the Ministry of Information and Technology. And also the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India all support the RSWS.

Moreover, in the second season of the Road Safety World Series (RSWS), Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar will captain the reigning winners India Legends.

The first round will be held in Kanpur, while the semifinals and championship game will be held in Raipur.

Yuvraj Singh, a stylish and talented left-hander who has played crucial innings to help India win, is a member of the India Legend team. The team will also include legends like Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Munaf Patel, Stuart Binny, S Badrinath, Naman Ojha as a wicketkeeper, Manpreet Gony, Pragyan Ojha, Vinay Kumar, Abhimanyu Mithun, Rajesh Pawar and Rahul Sharma.
