PAK vs ENG: England Men’s selection panel on Friday named a squad of 19 players for the seven-match T20I tour of Pakistan, which gets underway later this month in Karachi.

On September 14, the touring group will take a flight to Pakistan. Chris Jordan (finger) and Liam Livingstone (ankle) will keep working on their recovery; they won’t travel to Pakistan before the World Cup, but they’re still on track to be ready for the Australian tournament.

England captain Jos Buttler, will go to Pakistan while nursing a calf injury, but he is anticipated to be eligible to play in the final three games of the seven-match series. Moeen Ali will serve as the team’s captain in Buttler’s absence.

The first tour to Pakistan since 2005 has announced, and it will feature five uncapped players. Along with Middlesex seamer Tom Helm, Surrey right-handed bat Will Jacks, Warwickshire fast Olly Stone, and Lancashire seamer Luke Wood, Kent batter Jordan Cox is also playing.

Due to Jos Buttler’s calf injury, Moeen Ali will captain England on their preseason tour to Pakistan, where they will play Babar Azam’s team in seven T20Is.

Squad for Pakistan T20Is:

Jos Buttler (c), Moeen Ali, Harry Brook, Jordan Cox, Sam Curran, Ben Duckett, Liam Dawson, Richard Gleeson, Tom Helm, Will, Jacks, Dawid Malan, Adil Rashid, Phil Salt, Olly Stone, Reece Topley, David Willey, Chris Woakes, Luke Wood, and Mark Wood.
