Harbhajan Singh to participate in Road Safety World Series Season 2

Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh, who will participate in the second season of the Road Safety World Series, said that he is fully devoted to creating awareness for saving lives.

Legends from India, New Zealand, Australia, Sri Lanka, the West Indies, South Africa, Bangladesh, and England will be among those participating in the Road Safety World Series, it recently announced.

In his first appearance in a tournament after playing in the IPL, Harbhajan Singh stated:

“Road safety is the cause I am playing for and I am fully devoted to creating awareness for saving lives. Also I am looking forward to playing with Sachin, Yuvraj and Irfan Pathan, and others in the team.”

On Monday, the Road Safety World Series cricket tournament’s schedule released. The Road Safety World Series has revealed its second season. Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, Harbhajan Singh; and also many other Indian cricketing greats will be competing this season.

Four cities—Kanpur, Indore, Dehradun, and Raipur—will host the competition. The second season will begin in September, while the final leg of the competition will commence in October. India Legends and South African Legends square battle in the tournament’s opening match on September 10 in Kanpur.

There will be competition between the teams from India, New Zealand, Australia, Sri Lanka, the West Indies, South Africa, Bangladesh, and England. There will be a third-place playoff in addition to the summit match, the two semifinals, and the third-place game.

In the second edition of the Road Safety World Series, Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar will captain the reigning winners India Legends (RSWS). The first round will held in Kanpur, while the semifinals and championship game will held in Raipur.

Yuvraj Singh, a stylish and talented left-hander who has played crucial innings to help India win. He is also a member of the India Legend team. Legends like Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Munaf Patel, Stuart Binny, S. Badrinath, Naman Ojha as the wicketkeeper, Manpreet Gony, Pragyan Ojha, Vinay Kumar, Abhimanyu Mithun, Rajesh Pawar, and Rahul Sharma will also be a part of the team.
